Oluyomi Fash Lanso, born
June 7, 1968, famously known as, Yomi Fash-Lanso, is a prominent Nigerian actor
and television personality who has appeared in series of Nigerian movies since
he rose to the spotlight.
Born on June 7, 1968, in
Ogun State, Nigeria, Yomi Fash-Lanso, originally named Oluyomi Fash Lanso,
boasts a diverse background. His academic pursuits led him to obtain a degree
in Business Administration from the esteemed University of Lagos.
He acts mostly in Yoruba
language films and has more than 100 films to his credit. In 2014, he was
nominated for Africa Movie Academy Award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role at
the 10th Africa Movie Academy Awards for his role in Omo Elemosho, the same
year, he got the award for best actor in a supporting role for his role in Omo
Elemosho, from NEA awards which were held in the US.
Through his educational
journey and subsequent career in the entertainment industry, Yomi Fash-Lanso

held in the United States during the same year.

Yomi Fash-Lanso is happily
married to Adetutu George. While he maintains a level of privacy regarding specific

The Nollywood legend who
played Anthony Adeleke, revealed in an interview that his character in the
Nigerian telenovela series Wura exposed him to many new challenges.
The veteran actor said that
he found the role a bit tough as he had to portray an entirely different
character separate from his original personality.
“I am not as laid back as
Anthony. I will question anything that needs to be questioned. We are not the
same,” the actor said.
Fash-Lanso mentioned that he
does not at all feel awkward being on set with new and upcoming actors because
they are good at what they do.
“I will work with you if you
are good.”
He also pointed out that he
had to get a clean shave because of his role in the series as opposed to him in
reality, which was challenging for him.
Fash-Lanso also added that
“My role has influenced me in some ways because I am human and there is no
reason to lie about it.”
Yomi Fash-Lanso’s estimated
net worth stands at $1 million, a culmination of his earnings from diverse
