Deliverology is the science of delivering to specifications, intent, with honesty, objective and purpose. This is what drove governance in UAE and Dubai specifically turn her to most thriving desert and business destination in the world.

Deliverology is the procedure that is laid down for execution of projects and policies that is spiritedly followed and sincerely delivered. The quality of such is not undermined.  Each person in the line of execution is committed to delivering his own portion of the projects. They owned the project on behalf of the government; they do not shortchange, undermine, undercut or depreciate consensus value.

Deliverology enhances planning and decision making. This is especially because the person at the other end of  decision making is sure that he can plan on the outcome of a project with the firm believe it shall be delivered as designed in terms of quality and projected  outcome.

Deliverology is delivering to time and term. It is working as promised and as agreed. The government will work in agreement with the people.  The people will work in agreement with government. Citizens deliver their commitment to the nation, to the environment and to the trust as a spirit that connects everybody.  That is deliverology.

With the spirit of deliverology at the background, each bearer of trust will deliver to term and quality.   The infrastructure engineer will deliver roads to term and quality.  The teacher shall deliver lessons to term and quality. The remuneration shall the delivered to term and quality. The environmentalist will deliver to term; the medical personnel shall deliver to term and quality.  The monitoring agencies will deliver to terms and quality without compromising.

Deliverology makes the leadership to plan for the future and consistently follow it up with well-designed evaluation techniques and each person in the line of execution is committed to delivering without compromise.

When you see deliverology in driving a budget, the budget will be executed to letter.  When you see deliverology in governance you will see those in charge putting people in front knowing fully well that people is critical to democracy and public leadership.

It will make them know they are holding public office in trust, and they are accountable to people before, during and after service at the realms of leadership.

Deliverology enhances working of various tiers of government as well as her organs. The executive shall deliver policies accordingly and spiritedly with welfare of the people in front.    The judiciary shall dispense justice without fear or favour in the spirit of deliverology.  The legislators shall legislate people into prosperity and not soaring hardship and geometric progression poverty.

 Allocation to various tiers, and or organs shall be delivered as trust held sacred. The head of agencies, institutions, ministries and parastatals will deliver their mandates without deception, corruption, manipulation and eyes service. This is the backlash of deliverology.

Deliverology is the science behind working nations and lack of it, is behind lagging nations. It is important, we as a nation and community of people check our degree of deliverology and reconcile it with what is working and what is not working for us as a people

I hope we shall one day drop politics for governance and make people-driven and purposeful leadership hinged on deliverology
