OROBIYI FAMILY MOURNS OBA BALOGUN, CONGRATULATES OLAKULEHIN

The Orobiyi Family of Ido town in Ido Local government of Oyo State have expressed their heartfelt grief  on the demise of Oba Mohood Olalekan Balogun.

The entire members of the Orobiyi dynasty, home and abroad extend their condolences to the Aliiwo dynasty, Ibadan Land and Oyo State at large.

According to a statement signed by Omooba Engineer Kehinde Ishola Orobiyi, Oba Balogun was a statesman, versatile and scholarly.

The statement further described the late king as a man with listening ears and who applied tact and diplomacy in all things.

According to him, Ibadan will miss his experience and international connections.

In the same statement, the Orobiyi Family congratulates Oba Owolabi Olakulehin the next in line for the throne of Olubadan. The Olubadan designate is also a man of great stature and pedigree, the statement read.

They prayed that the reign of the new Olubadan will witness peace, prosperity and development.

The Orobiyi family is royall dynasty in Ido town that dates back to the inception of the town.
