GROUP CONGRATULATES LYNNE BASSEY ON APPOINTMENT

The ATIKULATED GLOBAL MOVEMENT has congratulated Hon. Dr. Lynne Bassey on her appointment as Special Assistant on Gender Issues and Women Advancement to His Excellency Atiku Abubakar, the Presidential flag bearer of the Peoples Democratic Party.

 

The appointment, according to Honorable Bolanle Aminat Sarumi-Aliyu (BASA), the National Chairperson of the group, is well deserved and a furtherance of the promise by His Excellency Atiku Abubakar to reserve a good percentage of appointments, when elected President, for Women and Youth.

 

“The hard work and passion exhibited by Dr. Bassey in the Atiku project has stood her in good stead and will come to bear in her duties and assignments”, she said.

 

The Movement recognizes her as someone who is Professional, Grassrooted and Down-to-earth and hence, someone especially  the women in the ATIKULATED GLOBAL MOVEMENT will love to work and collaborate with in ensuring success before, during and after the elections

 

The ATIKULATED GLOBAL MOVEMENT is a voluntary group whose members are selfless grassroots party members of the People Democratic Party in the 36 states of the country who have aspired for elective positions and believe in Equity, Fairness, Justice, Unity and Progress.
